HOW WILL MY MAT BE PACKAGED?

Our mats are rolled and shipped in durable heavy duty mailing boxes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being submitted.

DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA

(3-7 business days) Shipping within Australia is free! In most areas shipping takes 2-3 business days from the day it was processed. In W.A. and some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days.

- We do NOT ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, only street addresses.

- Please note that all orders containing gift cards will require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL – NEW ZEALAND

In most areas shipping takes 5-10 business days from the day it was processed. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 20 business days.

- $10 Up to .5kg 

- $20 .5kg to 1kg

- $30 1kg to 5kg

- $60  5kg+

Prices for orders outside of Australia do not include any applicable customs duties and/or import taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges if applicable.

 

INTERNATIONAL – REST OF WORLD

In most areas shipping takes 10-15 business days from the day it was processed. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 20 business days.

- $60 2kg to 25kg

Prices for orders outside of Australia do not include any applicable customs duties and/or import taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges if applicable.

RE-DELIVERY

A re-delivery charge, plus processing fee of $14.95 will apply where an initial attempt to deliver a consignment fails and is returned to our depot for further processing requiring a subsequent delivery or customer pick-up.
